What is the summertime challenge?
Ah, summer…a time for cookouts, fireflies, popsicles, and looking out for the welfare of our furry friends! Cat’s Cradle has been very fortunate to be able to conduct a Summertime Challenge fundraiser for the past several years, and will do so again in 2016, from July 15 – August 15. This year, two major donors have come together to pledge $50,000 to Cat’s Cradle in a dollar for dollar match. This means that every donation is doubled, and so it counts twice as much! Fifteen amazing businesses and individuals have already pledged to aid us in meeting our goal, but we need YOU to make it happen in full.
Almost 90% of contributions go directly to Cat’s Cradle’s program expenses – lifesaving endeavors like spay/neuter, rescue/foster/adoption, and pet retention. If you believe such programs are worthwhile, put your compassion into action with the Summertime Challenge. It’s the ideal time to do so!
As of August 5th, we are at $41,225 toward our goal! We are so thrilled with these results already, but we really need further support to keep that momentum going! Please keep sharing our social media posts and consider taking part in the challenge. We need you!
