Punkin is a handsome 10 year old neutered male orange tabby Domestic Shorthair cat.

He is a sweet, loving kitty, in urgent need of a forever home.  His mommy is getting ready to go into a nursing home, and he needs a new owner that can care for him and return all the love he has to give. Like many older kitties, Punkin has some special needs. He has some heart and thyroid problems that are easily managed with medication. He needs someone who can dote on him, and care for him like the sweet little old man he is. He has lived as a cat that is allowed indoors and outdoors. He is playful, outgoing, and warms up quickly to strangers. He is litter box trained. He has not lived with other pets.

Please consider this sweet guy for your forever love, and family!

Alex

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Phil at 304-703-7944.

Alex is a gorgeous spayed 2 year old female dilute tortoiseshell Domestic Shorthair cat.

Alex has been a barn cat for most of her life. She’s a smart cookie and uses the pet door to come inside during inclement weather. (She came indoors to have her 2nd litter of kittens this past spring and has been living indoors since). She will rub against me during feeding times and will let me pet and hold her on her terms. She’s a great mouser. When approached properly so that she doesn’t feel threatened, Alex likes to be held and petted. With patience and a little less competition, Alex can be mellow, loving and affectionate. Vee is scheduled for Spay surgery, and will not go to her forever home before she is spayed. Please consider beautiful, sweet Vee for your forever love and home!

If interested, please contact Phil at the number or email above.

Vee

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Phil at 304-703-7944.

Vee is a gorgeous 1 year old female dilute tortoiseshell Domestic Shorthair cat.

Vee’s current caregiver says “Vee is a barn cat that was born in July 2016. Before being caught, she became pregnant and had a litter of 2 kittens in May. I thought she abandoned her kittens because I only would see her and never the kittens. Then I awoke one morning to the mewing of kittens. During a thunderstorm, Vee used the dog door and moved her kittens into the house, under my bed!” Vee is friendlier when not around other cats. When approached properly so that she doesn’t feel threatened, Vee likes to be held and petted. With patience and a little less competition, Vee can be mellow, loving and affectionate. Vee is scheduled for Spay surgery, and will not go to her forever home before she is spayed. Please consider beautiful, sweet Vee for your forever love and home!

Piper

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Phil at 304-703-7944 or coolcountrylife@yahoo.com.

Piper is a gorgeous 3-4 year old spayed female dilute Calico Domestic Shorthair cat.

Piper was finally trapped and spayed after having 3 litters of kittens. She is an incredible mama, having raised and nursed not only her babies, but her abandoned grandbabies too. She is fiercely protective of her offspring and has spent the majority of her life as a barn kitty. She is a great mouser and her current caregiver has seen her kill and eat an entire snake. Piper gets along with other cats, but is not friendly to humans unless there is food involved. She has warmed up since being kept indoors, but it will take a lot of one on one time should you want to tame her. In the meantime, she makes an awesome barn cat. Please consider beautiful Piper for your “Blue Collar Working Cat” or indoor cat with patience and love!

If interested, please contact Phil at the number or email above.

Pete is a handsome 1 year old neutered male grey and white Domestic Mediumhair cat. He is one if the friendliest cats you will ever meet. He is affectionate, playful, and gets along with everyone.

Chuck is also a very handsome 1 year old neutered male solid buff Domestic Shorthair cat. His personality is very similar to Pete’s in that he is also playful, affectionate, and gets along with other people, cats and dogs.

Chuck and Pete are a bonded pair. They have been inseparable since birth, and kept each warm this past winter when they lived outdoors. They both learned how to work the pet door and would often find a cozy place to sleep together on the coldest of nights. They can be indoor / outdoor cats. They truly love each other, and it would be great for them to find a home together. Please consider giving this dynamic duo a forever home, for twice the love!

Vander

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Phil at 304-703-7944 or coolcountrylife@yahoo.com.

Vander is a charming 3 year old neutered male grey and white tabby Domestic Mediumhair cat.

Vander has spent the majority of his life as a barn cat. His scrappy ear is testament to his wilder days, which he has happily left behind him. He was originally shy when he came to the farm, but now is completely tame. He’s a strong boy and knows how to push his cat friends out of the way at feeding time, though he is no longer a territorial fighter.  He has been living well indoors with other male cats since his neutering surgery, and gets along well with dogs too! His only fights have been with a territorial, stray non-neutered tom cat that his caregiver has been trying to trap. Vander is a loving cat who now has a taste for the finer things, and would enjoy a forever home where he can continue to show that he’s really a big kitten under all of that stripey fluff.

If interested, please contact Phil at the number or email above.

Imogene

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Molly at 410-925-5314 or molly.odonnell@gmail.com.

Imogene is a gorgeous 15 year old female solid black Domestic Shorthair cat.

This adorable senior lady is in perfect health and a very sweet and docile little girl. Her owners will be happy to contribute to her care ($ for food, litter, and vet check ups). They have all her health records. She is an indoor only kitty. They say “She’s a loved pet since she was a few days old, but since the birth of our daughter she has been jealous and occasionally peeing in front of the litter box, added to this is my and our kid’s allergies. We’ve tried everything, but the only solution seems to find her a new home. She loves to just sit on your lap and be petted. She’s a real snuggler, especially at night. She’s also very chatty, meowing and making an adorable squeaking noise when picked up. She would be a great companion, especially in a home where she doesn’t need to compete for attention with other pets or children. However, she has lived with dogs, cats, and babies.”

Consider meeting her and being charmed! Maybe Imogene is the purrrfect forever companion for you!
