TOM

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals.  If interested, contact Jeanne at 540-383-4511 or email to  jeannegh3@yahoo.com.

Tom is a 9 year old neutered male gray/brown/white Tabby Domestic Shorthair cat.

Tom is a very sweet, affectionate and gentle soul.  He is litter box trained. Tom is a FIV positive cat.  Many FIV+ cats like Tom can live a full productive life, however it is something he can pass to other cats through deep bite wounds, and because we don’t know how he is with other cats, caution and constant supervision initially should be taken if he is to live with other cats that are not FIV+.  This condition also means that he must live indoors ONLY.  FIV cannot be contracted to other types of animals or humans.  He takes a while to warm up to strangers but when he does he is very happy to have you brush his tummy as he rolls over.  The lady who has been feeding him has taken him to the vet (9/28/2017) and he has received worm, flea and mite medication in addition to his rabies vaccine. Tom is currently living outside but is more than happy to come inside when invited and should be an indoor kitty only. Tom is in need of a warm caring soul to take him in to a safe happy home and give him the love and attention he desires and deserves.

If you are interested, please contact Jeanne at the above listed number or email address.

Sylvester is a 2 year old neutered male black/white Tuxedo Domestic Shorthair cat.

Sylvester is a very mellow couch potato kitty.   He loves children and gets along with dogs and other cats.  He spends a lot of time sitting at the window with his brother Arnold (also up for adoption) and watching birds and squirrels. Sylvester (Stallone)  and Arnold (Swarzenegger) makes a very good pair.  Despite their “tough” names, they are really low-key quiet cats.  It would be ideal to adopt these two kitties together, however it is not an absolute must.   He is an indoor kitty only and is litter box trained. Sylvester will make someone a very sweet loving companion.  If you are interested in giving him a loving home, please contact Cheryl at the number above.

Gus is an adorable one year old neutered male black and gray Tabby Domestic Shorthair cat.

Gus is an all around great little guy.  He can be outgoing, playful and energetic, but he can also be a couch potato when you want to cuddle up with him.  He is considered a special needs kitty as he is partially blind and has random seizures.  He is on medication for the seizures.  Because he is special, he does need to be an inside kitty only.  Gus warms up quickly to strangers and gets along well with other cats, dogs and small children.

If you are interested in this sweet guy and want to take him into your warm loving home, please contact Kendra at the above listed number or email address.

BUTTERCUP

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals.  If interested, contact Susan at 540-855-5779 or baldwinh@hughes.net.

Buttercup is a handsome neutered 3 year old male orange and white Tabby Domestic Shorthair cat.

This loving cat is living in a parking lot of a local store.  He is extremely loving and sweet.  Everyone there pets him all day long.  The person who had him neutered and is trying to find him a home brings him to her home at night to protect him, but cannot keep him herself. Buttercup is a FIV Positive cat.  Many FIV+ cats like Buttercup can live a full productive life, however it is something he can pass to other cats through deep bite wounds. Isabelle

This animal is posted as a rehome, which is a service outside of Cat’s Cradle to help owners find new homes for their animals. If interested, contact Helen Mines at 540-867-5487 or mawmines50@comcast.net

Isabelle is a beautiful spayed 7-8 year old female Russian Blue mix Domestic Shorthair cat.

She is a loving cat, who is great with adults and children alike. She does not do well with other female cats, as it has been known to cause her to feel the need to mark (spray), and show aggression toward them, but doesn’t seem to have any problem with male cats. She hasn’t been around dogs much. Her ideal home would have her as the only cat, which would resolve her issues. She’s a wonderful cat who deserves a wonderful home! She’s indoor / outdoor (mostly indoor) and litter box trained. Please consider this beautiful, sweet cat for your forever love and home.

If interested, please contact Helen directly at the number above.
